Business Transformation & Strategic Leadership.

Most businesses have a strategy. Very few have the leadership discipline, financial rigour & operational grip to actually execute it. That is the gap I close.

Businesses At An Inflection Point

Most businesses reach a point where the model that got them here stops being enough. Sometimes that is visible pressure. Sometimes it is something quieter: the sense that the next phase requires a different kind of leadership at the top.

Strategic transformation and crisis restructuring are not opposites. They are the same capability applied at different moments. The leaders who navigate change well are the ones who act before they run out of options.

Not sure where you stand? The Stress Test maps your business against three economic scenarios built on IMF, WEF, Goldman Sachs and Nobel Prize-winning research. Ten minutes. An honest picture.

What I Bring

The gap in most organisations is not the strategy. It is the capability and discipline to execute it. Twelve years as MD gave me the operational depth to know the difference. Eight years in Swiss private banking gave me the financial rigour. Work on AI disruption, macro economic positioning and investment thesis development gives me the strategic foresight to position businesses for what is coming, not just what is happening now.

Four ways I work:

Part-Time MD / Interim CEO: up to three days per week, board-level accountability, operational grip in the room.

Fractional Chairman / Board Advisor: one to three days per month, strategic guidance, governance, stakeholder relationships.

Crisis Intervention: focused, fixed-fee work when urgency demands it.

Equity Partnership: selective positions where long-term alignment makes sense

Where I Can Help

Strategic Transformation

You can see what is coming and need the leadership and execution capability to position ahead of it rather than react to it.

Crisis Restructuring

You need stabilisation before you can think strategically. This is work I have done repeatedly, from the inside, with full accountability for the outcome.

Both require the same thing: clear thinking, decisive action and someone who has been in the room when the stakes were real.

Evidence

War Stories

Real turnarounds I've led, the crises I've navigated, and what clients say about working together. See the proof that transformation is possible - from market crashes to supply chain collapse to cultural breakdown. Evidence beats theory.

Playbook

Practical frameworks from 12 years of crisis work. Download the tools, read the insights, learn the methods. Everything here is tested in real turnarounds, not theory from a textbook. Use what works.
